The Iowa offense has been terrible for years, they brought in a good QB this year and all of the sudden they have great offensive minds. Agreed on Phil Parker though, that guy can coach.

Nothing is going to change with this program unless they can find a few super donors willing to throw a ton of money at the program. Otherwise, I fear they are stuck in a state of mediocrity.
