I disagree. If they win the first 4 games, Fleck will have them not only more cohesive, but ready to run through brick walls. Might not be enough, but magic can happen. Regardless, it’s better than opening the season against them like we did a few years ago.

University students use the athletic facilities for physical education classes, intramural sports, gatherings and more. There is wear and tear and probably other costs that this fee will be used for. If there is $10 million dollars worth is the question.

I understand the sentiment, but to compete in FBS, a school must compete in at least 16 varsity sports, including football. Everything else is changing, so maybe this will too.

What I recall is the team was not on board with the arrogant Nelson and was all in on the street fighter Leidner. It was obvious to just about everyone that Nelson had the better QB skills, but the team simply played harder for Leidner.
