    This will get you going!

Fun watching those two run. I had forgotten how fast and violent they were when they ran. So thanks for that! But then you brought back a lot of trauma. Watched Maroney running it three times trying to get a first down. Total of nine years. We had to punt. Fumbled snap. Blocked punt. TD...

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT wisconsin IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

My hatred of the Badgers was established in 1962 when Bobby Bell got that roughing call that screwed us out of a Big 10 championship. 64 years later that hatred of those bastards has not lessened one damn bit. God, I hate losing to those pricks!!!!!!!!!!

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT OHIO STATE IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Almost a complete roster turnover but these players are already becoming a beloved bunch of Gophers. Never will be Bobby Jackson/Jordan Murphy level for me but so easy to like. I feel just as bad for them as I do for myself when we lose like that.

ESPN: Many college players among 20 charged in point-shaving scheme

“Protecting competition integrity is of the utmost importance for the NCAA,” NCAA President Charlie Baker said in a statement on Thursday. Thank God for that. Now I feel better.

Actually, Lou, as an 80 year old it's a good time to be alive even now.

They missed the Dust Storm Experience.

My thoughts on the portal so far.

Interesting that if he had left last year I would have been "devastated" as a Gopher fan. This year? Whatever. Will always remember that interception against the Trojans, but I'm also remembering him taking the totally wrong angle or just sort of being there but not making a play.

    Max

I think he is one of the sharpest guys on the team but two of the most bone-headed plays I've ever seen a QB make this season. And he was looking so good.

Jaxon Howard coming back next year.

Time of the year when I nervously click on GH to see if anyone is leaving; but, actually, lots of good news like this one.

    Darius Taylor is coming BACK!!!!

And we might have beaten Ohio State if that had not happened.

    Koi Perich Transfer Portal

Not sure how you could watch Indiana stomp Alabama or watch Ole Miss win a thriller over Georgia and not think, "Damn, that would be so much fun to be on a team like that." Even, more exciting than taking on New Mexico on a ball field in whatever the hell the name of that bowl game was.

All Things 2025 Playoffs and Bowl Thread

Wow! For all of the bitching we do about our coordinators, the elites also can come up with some head-shaking plays and strategy. 4th down in their territory and you run that play?

Aaron Brown was a great two way player at end.

How in the hell can we be so bad year after year?

Anthony Smith announced he is coming back.

That's great to see! About the third quarter, I thought, "He's gone. Not much more to do to show that he's an NFL player."

    Adding guys mid season

And we have some dipshit talking head asking, "Why is this so bad?" Nnaji played professionally in Europe. He was drafted in the NBA draft in 2023! He played in the NBA summer league. Hang the frick'n banner! Those guys at least had a connection with the U a lot more than this guy has with...

Great, it's a frick'n crap shoot now on delivery. We've had both the Saturday and Sunday edition delivered on a Monday afternoon as well as never seeing it. Trying hard to stay polite when complaining to the rep on the phone, but it's not like we live in Warroad.

Thanks! I had forgotten that they had listened to me; but, then again, I'm old.
