Was the Kansas State closed scrimmage the only one or did they/will they have another?

Also wonder if Tonga was providing even more of a problem with minutes. I could still see 10-12 trying to find minutes, all depends on freshman.

Wonder if Coach P was going with more scoring in McKinney or Cristian. I hate to lose her rebounding. I’m hoping it’s because we have a lot of development happening and minutes were few. Maybe she didn’t play much at the scrimmage and saw the writing on the wall? Still seems odd.

Or freshman Cristian for more shooting. Hate to lose the rebounding though. Something about this seems strange.

Yeah was hoping with our experience and talent we could put up more than 73 points. However we don’t know who played and for how long. Would guess that Woodson still recovering. Can’t wait for the season to kick off!

Kansas game will be tough on the road. Interesting to see how this plays out with how talented of a team Kansas has put together. Between Kansas and Marquette we should learn a lot of where we are as a program.

Saw on twitter the Gophs had some recruiting visitors in town over the weekend. I scrolled too fast to get names but I think one was a 2028 and one might have even been a 2029. Wonder who else was all in town.

Two things that frustrate me the most: 1. Julia and her passing. How do you not get any better in four years? Also, her two handed tips are something I wish to never see again. 2. Stella and her setting the ball over on two in the worst times possible. I know she is probably frustrated, but...

And of course Iowa is on 17 times.

Per the softball Instagram they got a recruit today, not sure what class or position.

If we don’t somehow beat Iowa this year it may be a long time. They’re going to be stacked, sounds like more top recruits coming too.

Iowa just landed the #6 recruit in McKenna Wolicko. I am waiting for the day when we can finally land a top ten recruit.
