I'm not going to buy the "Poor Ole Nebraska" line of BS. Nebraska football isn't the biggest game in town, it's the only game in town. If the alumni and businesses can't scape up enough to have a legitimate NIL program that's on them. That being said, I hate what "amateur" athletics has become.

Amazing how it works when you don't try to be one of 20,000 trying to get in 15 minutes before kickoff. I was in line between 1:30 - 1:40 and we were in our seats with 40 minutes to kickoff. That being said, I took everything out of my pockets and still had to go through the detector 3 times...

Thanks for the info. That's kind of what we planned. Park early, find a place to get some lunch, watch the early game. We're fans of the team that gave the coach $77 million to not be coach. They play LSWho at 11:00. That being said we will be rooting for the Gophers.

A bowl game adds 3 - 4 more weeks of practice, player development, and learning the schemes. The bowl game may not have the prestige you want but it matters to the coaching staff, players, and the teams future.
