Amen! It's so much quicker to read a transcript than to watch a video or listen to a podcast and, as you mention, preparing a transcript promotes editing. Of course, preparing a transcript takes more time for the interviewer so I guess that's part of why we don't see them very often.

Well, as another poster (Left of the Dial) mentioned, what is being reported by some posters could be either revenue sharing, NIL, or a combination of both. I assumed that the article mentioned at the top of this post is dealing only with NIL.
