Like may kids before - he certainly would be a very solid addition. Turnovers - still always amount to a missed position. However, the type of turnover(s) for me is important. Like I said - I 100% realize the end result is the same. Is it a selfish forced turnover, terrible decision maker...

Very well said! A definite uphill climb - and very little infrastructure to have helped him succeed. At this point, everything we are doing is reactionary and that is a tough way to lay a foundation.

I would certainly agree! I recognize that there are walk-ons... I realize this may easier said than done but this is about securing your job for at least another year. We NEED the most & best players we can obtain.
