    Paul Benson 1960

The number of good college players (most of whom played for the Gophers) that came from that part of the state in the early 60's is pretty amazing: Paul Ramseth, Jimmie Cairns, Jay Kessler (all from Redwood Falls), Paul Benson and Larry Cole (both from Granite Falls) and Bob Bruggers (Danube).

    Minnesota 2025-2026

It's a loss, but it's still to be determined if it's a big loss. If she got beat out of her starting position and couldn't take it, the team should be just fine without her.

Who is your Gophers MVP in win over Rutgers?

I agree that the Drake was clearly the player of the game. But that run by Brown after his interception was amazing.

    2026 Recruiting

It's a little early to panic, don't you think? A big part of successful recruiting is establishing relationships. Medved hasn't really had the time to do that yet. We'll have a better idea of what he can do in another year or two.

Won't Mara Braun also be back in '26-27? Of course, we'll need more than those three (Mara, Grace, & Tori) to keep an upward trajectory.
