    B1G Game 5: Gophers host Rutgers (1-8-25)

Good game. Johnson has a nice shot. I fail to understand why they didn't sit the starters with a 20 point lead with several minutes left in the 4th quarter. Why take chances on injuries, especially when Rutgers was getting chippy. Maybe it has something to do with NET? UConn left Paige in...

Mara Braun re-broke the same bone in her right foot, according to head coach Dawn Plitzuweit.

Might not matter if the NCAA moves to 5 years of eligibility

Game 12: Gophers host Jackson State (12-11-24)

McKinney was kept in the game much longer than the rest of the starters. Was that to give her experience at the point? With Rose out, would it otherwise be Senden? Woodson's injury didn't look good, hopefully not serious.

Game 12: Gophers host Jackson State (12-11-24)

I doubt our opponent will like the cold. I know I won't when walking to the arena tonight. very disappointed if the bench isn't emptied early in the 4th quarter.

Game 9: Gophers play Louisiana in NOLA (11-30-24)

Interesting to watch the telecast. One camera from midcourt. Really helped to have the play by play be their radio announcer. Helped to follow along much better. They won. Nobody got hurt. Seems like folks are disappointed (I guess it was expected they would win by 40 or something).

    McKinney under the radar

McKinney as a replacement for Braun (only if injured) is a step-up from Sanders (last year). Fun to watch.

I agree. I posted the Final Four roster to show we could win with local talent since so many said we couldn't.

    Transfer Portal 2024

From the Athletic article posted above (Chantel Jennings): With Oregon State moving to the West Coast Conference, it’s not surprising to see multiple Beavers in the portal as they’re likely in the market to remain at the power conference level.

    Transfer Portal 2024

X post from Raoul: The entry of Raegan Beers, Lily Hansford, Donovyn Hunter, and Martha Pietsch into the portal leaves Oregon State WBB with four returnees for 2024-25 (with no commits); their entire five-member 2022 recruiting class is in the portal scholarship chart...

WNIT Championship Game: Gophers versus St. Louis (4-6-24) @SIUE

Big hole at the half. And we seem flat, slow, and tired. And apparently Dawn P is looking for anyone with energy to play.

WNIT 2024 Game 2: Gophers Host NDSU (3-29-24)

I see that their roster only shows 10 players. 5 from MN.
