Men's hockey makes around half a million to 1 million after expenses, mens basketball is around 7-9 million even when the team hasn't been good. There just isn't that much revenue to be gained in hockey but if you can increase attendance at Williams there is room for growth in basketball.

I don't agree with every decision he made as Big Ten Commissioner but I know someone that worked for him when he was with the Vikings. She said the opposite, that he was a great boss and a decent person. He was very highly thought of with the Vikings organization.

I never understand the need to hire a search firm. If an AD doesn't have a list and ability to make a confident hire maybe they shouldn't be the AD. Seems to be a waste of time and money hiring a search firm IMO.
