Not too many posts play 30 minutes a game. Between Payne staying healthy, foul trouble, and effort he gives. 20-25 min is more realistic. That leaves half a game of playing time + filling in 4 at times too. Look at Arizona. They swapped their posts. Ballo is 25 min a game this year...

Gophers could use some more true post players, Hart will be a senior next year and unfortunately has also battled a lot of injuries in her college career. Be interesting to see what comes around.
