The band needs to start the tradition of frequently playing just a snippet of The Rouser...like play the "Minnesota, hats off to thee" bit when we get a 1st down...D stops them, etc... Oklahoma band does that with "Boomer Sooner" and "Oklahoma, where the wind comes sweeping down the plains...."...

National TV game with a loud, wild crowd..great stadium atmosphere that REALLY showcased the program. The Fox Crew kept talking about the great fans...Gophs fought hard..lots of talent there....However, I didn't even notice a single defensive lineman of ours all game...they played like ghosts.

I'm one of those thrilled that we played this game and the longest continuous rivalry in college football didn't end because of absurd paranoia. I was disgusted that so many on here were glad the game was initially canceled. That attitude of Cowardice is not flattering to a team or its fan base.
