I doubt that any successful, high profile coach would take this job because of the lack of NIL funds. Maybe it would be a step up for successful mid major guy with a poor NIL budget.

Lack of NIL dollars is a major hurdle that won’t be rectified by hiring a new coach. Any replacements will see that as a barrier unless they are coming from a mid major with less NIL. That’s also why they lost Payne and Hawkins, and were unable to replace them with equally as talented players...
