A guy on Buckyville posted this article from the SI Vault. I thought you guys might get a kick out of it. It kind of puts the rivalry in perspective (I would save it until our game, but I get more forgetful every day...)
This doesn't make sense to me money-wise, although it does every other way. I also don't see how they reach this decision so soon, unless they envision more joining down the road.

FWIW, I have you guys in San Antonio (a NICE, nice location), assuming you beat Illinois and Iowa plays for the MNC. If Iowa goes to the Rose, you fall to Champs (I don't like Orlando, personally).

What is the status of this? I know it was being hotly debated for a while and now some bars are asking for outdoor beer gardens. Would that be the best bet for pre-game festivities?
