The University doesn’t have any official involvement in DTA but everything I’ve seen indicates DTA has significantly closed the NIL gap.

The revenue sharing agreements are signed with the schools not the collectives. Minnesota will have to spend up to the limit to stay competitive. I believe Coyle confirmed they’d do so.

I took it to mean with the school since the House settlement is kicking off revenue sharing for the student athletes.
