    I understand the point you are trying to make, but Chris Finch was a head coach in Europe and the D League from 1997-2011. He has only been an assistant in the NBA, but he had plenty of experience as a head coach before coming to the Wolves.

    Not that it changes what you are saying, but Gach came from a team playing in the Pac-12, which is one of the Power 6 conferences.
