The whole "the U would never hire Wade with his background and the U's scandal" is just such BS....NCST has had very publicized "scandals" in their past (Jimmy V, anyone?) but has no problem hiring Wade. They will be a national title contender within a couple of years.

Surprisingly terrible is a good assessment. I have nightmares of him playing. I recall saying that i had never seen a D1 guard that literally could not dribble. He was best known. for bouncing the ball off his foot every time he put it on the floor. Seemed athletic enough....LOL

Yeah....I guess there are lots of guys who have coached multiple CBA champions as well as held multiple NBA jobs (and did well) and who have won multiple NBA coach of the month awards who want to coach the Gophers. We should just move down the list.....SMH I'd take Joerger over Medved anyday.

Joerger can coach....tremendous success in the CBA and he got the shaft in 2 of his NBA jobs. To me, he's interesting and has a real resume. Question is, can he recruit? Can he raise NIL money?
