someone said she could still play some games this year and still count this year as a redshirt. If this is the case I would determine how many games more she could play and count games backwards from the end of the season and figure out what game that would be. Gets tricky with B1G tournament...

seems like I have been hearing this for several years, is this getting any better? seems like this should be the easiest part of the game to gain competence in. What accounts for this?

Makes me wonder if she is going to reclassify based on the course load she is taking, also because of the November commitment which is about a year ahead of what you would normally expect for a commitment, or at least 6-8 months early.

Very good point and I am guessing they are choosing this avenue because there was such a massive roster makeover again and they want to have more room for error in the non-conference. i.e. better opportunity to build team chemistry in games and still have adequate odds to win early on.

What was the result of the exhibition game vs Iowa State last night? How did the team and players look? Nothing on Gopher Sports website. Don’t understand why the game would be on the website if they won’t publish anything on the game?

I don't, their football program doesn't provide scholarhips because they are in the pioneer league so I highly doubt they want to pay any players for being on the team. Cost is obviously relevent otherwise they would be in a different conference that allows football scholarships.
