    Fire Ben Johnson

I think when you are looking at 1400 players missing early on the first tier shouldn't be an issue at MN. I agree with your assessment regarding the coaches and what they bring with them.

MN probably won't be a school at the top of the list for the top players in the portal. MN generally get those 2nd, 3rd and mostly 4th tier portal players. So for the Gopher, the portal timing to me isn't really a big thing. Hiring the best coach possible is more critical.

Seth Davis: Ben Johnson has done an incredible job with this team. One of the elite coaches in one of the toughest jobs in America.

You must have been living under a rock down by the river during Scott Drew's first 4 years at Baylor not to understand what he took over isn't in the same universe as Johnson.

Saturday, March 15 Snapshot Look at the Field of 68: 4 Bids Available Heading Into Saturday

Love what you do every year around this time!!!. Why would Gonzaga be a lock? If the rolls were reversed between St. Mary's and Gonzaga this year most likely St. Mary's would not be a lock. Just curious.

68 years of age with more BB history than most and yet you fail to mention what Scott Drew had to endure his first 4 years at Baylor. Since you are a transplant here in MN you really don't have the knowledge you claim to have regarding MN BB.

Florida is freakin good!!! That was a fun game to watch down in Bama on senior night. The big sophomore from Australia, Condon, is a player for sure. Wonderful offenses on both sides and man both teams play defense. Very physical play.

Wow - Marcus: Johnson is arguably at a point in his tenure when he might also need for people to be patient with him.

Does Houston and their defensive mind set under Sampson come to mind? I certainly think it is possible with the right ingredients. I would agree with you however that it is harder in todays landscape.

Neal: Moving forward with Ben Johnson is the only option for Gophers men’s basketball

I read where Ben said it "was their immaturity showing up" HUH? Isn't his starting 5 made up of seniors with an 8 year senior sprinkled in for good measure?
