Can bonin or someone who knows the rules better than me fill me in - I thought in college hockey they changed the rule where if you score on a delayed penalty, like the gophers did on their second goal, you still get the power play? Obviously not but for some reason I thought that was the rule.

I have not heard anything at all resembling what you are suggesting. We are all just trying to find some little moments of joy in an otherwise awful season. Nothing wrong with that.

This actually isn't really a shameful stat at all. There's a reason this list is littered with successful franchises.

I wish the game was on Saturday as well but I'm pretty sure most of the data points to more viewers on a Monday since people are out and about on Friday/Saturday nights.

Well said, and Goodell's job isn't to make fans like him, it's to make the league a great product for fans to consume, which it is. Obviously there are other elements to his job too but yeah I don't think he's a bad guy by any means.
