That’s fair. I don’t love radio broadcasts over TV, since they’re a little more play-by-play trying to describe the game for someone that can’t see it rather than color commentary, but still. Not that big of a deal though, and it’s growing on me a bit.

I think it’s cool in small doses, but I don’t need to hear coaches yelling “Rebound” every time a shot goes up. A lot of stuff a coach says throughout the game just isn’t particularly interesting, since they’re not trying to be interesting and/or entertaining.

This is terrible TV. Maybe as an alternate broadcast, similar to the manning cast on MNF, but this is just not an enjoyable way to watch basketball. At least the basketball the gophers are playing is watchable. Good to see samuels be aggressive and hit shots.

Also, first two possessions: a deep contested 2 and a turnover. Come on boys.

It feels like, for as much of a disaster as the offense has been for most of the year, there’s too much individual talent on the team to not have a couple games where it all comes together. Let’s hope one is tonight!
