PJ said this is his most "connected" team he has coached, and that he doesn't believe in momentum. I truly believe he has been deleteriously infected by self-help gurus, culture consultants and new-age books. He's lost sight of x's and o's.
Like most of you, I question PJ'S game day coaching. But more than "game day", I'm much more concerned about his coaching in practice. He sees this shit every day and thinks it looks effective. He ain't that bright.
Silly rankings.. The coaches who get the best players are rated highest. That doesn't mean they are better coaches does it? I'm not as knowledgeable as many of you, but I believe Fleck has done as well or better than Harbaugh or Day would do given the same players.
