Why wouldn’t he get a chance to start next year? Bosmer is gone and Kollock probably won’t be ready yet. I would be very surprised if he wasn’t the starter. I think he’ll be very good.

Upchuch stats are better. He was all-pro and in probowl many times.

As I recall Upchurch was very versatile. He played WR, occasionally RB and of couse punt and kickoff returner. Great speed and shiftiness. Was really great in the NFL as well.

Don’t forget Rick Upchurch! AWJr. could have been similar if they decided to have him do punt returns.

Perich is similar to DT last year. Many of us wanted DT to be the starter right away. Now many of us wanted Perich to start right away. If they have the talent play them! What are they waiting for?

Remember what he did in the All-American game. If he’s healthy let him punt and kick return and start at safety.

Perich is a great natural athlete. Just put him in there and his skill will show.

Joyner had 7.5 sacks and Striggow had 6. Of course it doesn’t matter to some of you.

I agree it doesn’t matter who has the most sacks but someone has to get the most. Let’s be accurate and not create a controversy when none should exist.

I thought Joyner had the most sacks last year.
