    2018 Minnesota Twins In-Season Thread

Hard to feel sorry for a guy that has played more than 92 games in the majors ONCE in his four years in the bigs and hit .156 in 2018, in a whopping 28 games.

Does Jake Cave replace Kepler in RF next year? That is, of course, assuming Buxton returns to CF on Opening Day 2019. Cave has definitely been more productive than Kepler this year. I guess we'll see what happens in the spring.

Can't be a coincidence; is this "THE" Jeff Sherman? As in, the best sports writer that ever wrote in MSP? Coverage of MN sports has largely been in the toilet since he left. If that's him and he's writing for The Athletic, just one more good reason to subscribe.

Trade him, 100%, if they can get any reasonable value for him! Let's hope his value keeps going up in the coming weeks! Still somewhat of a "new regime" in Fulvey and company; Dozier may not be one of "their guys", maybe more likely 2 b moved. I'm sure a lot depends on how ready they think...

In their defense, the complete collapse of Sano and Buxton didn't do them any favors this year.

Romero is quietly putting together a decent season as he learns how to pitch at the big league level also! Definitely some reason for optimism! Take away his one clunker against Kansas City, he's averaging a little over 5IP per start, is 3-1 with a 2.66 ERA if my math is right. Pitch count...

With how the pitching has come around, this Twins team is one or two bats away from being a serious contender!! With any luck, Polanco comes back and tears it up! Put Adrianza back on the bench or back in Rochester! Win Twins!!!

Never thought scoring runs would be the problem this year. Not good, not good at all

    2018 Minnesota Vikings Off-Season Thread

In today's NFL, impossible to have too many good DB's. It's becoming more and more critical every year the way the offenses are going.

    2018 Minnesota Vikings Off-Season Thread

If the Vikings went 8-8 last year and were on the outside looking in at the playoffs, I could buy an argument for Bridgewater. They weren't. With a team that could still make a serious run at the SB, they have to get the best guy available. Of course Cousins isn't an elite QB, likely not even...

    All Things TV Series Recommendations/Reviews

Yikes! Eager to start jumping into the new season of "Homeland" on Shotime and WOW. Has it always been this horrendously left-leaning and I haven't noticed it or is this something new? Kind of looks like they made some assumptions on the outcome of the election as well; the president-elect...
