Not happy with the season. But happy with how it ended.

Another wasted season. I've never been more apathetic with Gopher football than right now. Maybe it's because we get so damn close now every year and find a way to fuck it up.

True. Fleck has never beat Iowa (I think). But that would still just be a consolation prize to me.

It would be. But we've had that recently. My expectation at the beginning of the season was to win the West. I'm still not prepared to settle. But maybe I'll come around.

Well this was silly

The guy got a SB ring and certainly did his part in the run. Sucks that the future outlook isn't bright. But I hope he's happy with what he accomplished.

Time to reset expectations for the third time this month. Yuck.

I think we're allowed at least a little meltdown. We haven't had to endure an ass-whooping like this in a while. Definitely a bummer considering how high everyone was on the team after 4 weeks.

Not really into moving my personal goal posts. It was about winning the West this year. Anything less is a big disappointment for me.

It was a fun 4 weeks. Not too often you get a season where Wisconsin and Iowa are both butts. So we could beat them both. I find it hard to care as a consolation prize at this point. Another wasted opportunity.

No. Win the Big Ten West. We've come so close twice in the last few years. It's not a successful season at this point unless we can hit that mark.

I think we are better than that. But I do feel the special season slipping through our fingers once again.
