For sure. I got to watch that game for free. In a pool. With drinks. And I hated almost every second of that game until the final moment. I haven't had much fun watching any games this season.

Can't blame fans too much...Our brand of football isn't particularly fun to watch. I'd be pissed if I paid to see that Iowa game.

Well...Good season. Took some steps forward. While it's sad it even got as far as it did - finally cracking the playoff loss streak was a huge monkey off their back. Hopefully they can improve on everything next year.

It's about the only thing that could make the loss last weekend fade away. Because yeah, you could be the team that blew a 21 point lead to Northwestern. OR you could be the nationally ranked team that lost to the team that blew the 21 point lead to Northwestern.

I've just kept myself at arm's length as time goes on. Yes, being heavily invested brings higher highs. But also lower lows. So there's risk in turning over completely to sports. I try to find a nice balance that allows me to "get over it" by the following morning.
