This would be bad hire IMO. 2 years HC. 500ish record. One losing season followed by one winning season. We can't hire a successful coach with more than 2 seasons as a track record? Not sure where all the love for Gates is coming from nor where all his 'upside' is located.

We don't know that she is a good coach now. I don't like her long term future here based on how her team plays. Very inconsistent.

Yes, probably. I don't see where he is a better candidate than many of the others. I'm on this thread hating on Dutcher (my lowest of the lowest on my poll) and to be honest, I don't understand all of the love for Gates. I'd like to see a few more years instead of a couple of adequate years...

I would be worried if Maturi was still the AD. We would be down to Miles, Saunders, and Chad Hartman.

He's not my top 3-5, but I don't think he would be a disaster hire. We could do a lot worse IMO.
