Is our cupboard really that bare?

Agree with this. Robbins is the only returner that should be starting in the B1G. Mashburn has shown potential but needs more work. Gabe is a shooting guard who can’t shoot. The other guys should be deep bench players on a good team.

Tracy MN OL Tony Nelson commits

The Mason years were 15 years ago. That really has nothing to do with Nelson committing to us in 2021.

    Itayvion Brown in Transfer Portal

I’m not a Mason fan, but we beat Penn St in Happy Valley when they were ranked #2 in the country. That said, Mason didn’t have a season in 10 years as good as the season Fleck had in 2019.

    Which QB Would You Choose?

I ranked him in a thread about starting Gopher QBs. I wasn’t sitting on a beach in Mexico randomly wondering how Weber would have done in 2019.

    Which QB Would You Choose?

2019 Morgan Jacob Clark’s 1 throw vs Maryland Cupito AAK Weber Streveler vs San Jose St Leidner Leidner was tough as nails and a great leader. He was the best we had for 4 years. But he was a bad B1G QB.

    Jacob Knuth Commits!

In 2021, you’re still thinking about Adam Weber?

Q&A: Kristen Hoskins "I am a Gopher fan, so it is definitely something that I want to be a part of."

Fwiw, Hoskins 247 composite ranking jumped considerably, and he is now the #3 rated player in the state. Tre Holloman is #1 and is seriously considering football or potentially trying both sports. Lucas Heyer is #2.

Official 2022 Gophers Football Recruiting Thread: Links, Tweets, Videos, Rumors

I haven’t seen Petrucci’s highlights. Sallis looks really impressive as a receiver and I’m surprised he doesn’t have more offers.

We have other TEs we’re higher on right now that have shown interest, specifically Sean Sallis.

Official 2022 Gophers Football Recruiting Thread: Links, Tweets, Videos, Rumors

Our class size is expected to be around 14-16, which will be the same for most schools. That means there are 10 recruits that would normally go to Bama, Clemson, Ohio St, Michigan, etc, etc that won’t get offers and will be looking at other schools. This is the year to be very selective.

Minnesota football: 5 biggest holes to fill in 2021 starting lineup

The OP is so awful and incorrect in every way that it should never have been written.

What is Gopher Basketball known for?

My only edit would be Sampson III being pretty good.

Gophers Recruiting CB Avante Dickerson Again Now That He's In Portal

PJ can take his share of blame for this one. Entertaining Tennessee may have cost him Avante.

Avante visited the U last weekend, and then took a visit to Oregon this weekend.

Is Carr the best gopher this decade?

Carr is the most clutch Gopher of the decade and possibly my lifetime. Oturu is the best player of at least the last 10 years.

    What to expect from Gibbens?

Will we see the good MSM from the Nebraska and Wisconsin games or the bad MSM from earlier in the year? Will Braelen Oliver be back and fully healthy and play with the speed we saw in 2019? Will the freshman, who all took some lumps this year, be ready for expanded playing time next year? Since...
