And only 8 turnovers. . I like the improvements this team has made since the startt of of the year. They've showed a grittiness that we haven't seen in quite some time. Love the defensive improvement. This team is well-coached and it's obvious that the players are on board with the coaching.

Another nice win. I agree with Rex that it looked like the Gophers halftime plan to get their offense going was to get the ball in to Sophie and let her shoot it or kick it out to an open teammate for a shot, but then Sophie got a quick third foul to start the third and that never happened...

Looking forward to this game. Wll give the team, the coaches and the fans a chance to see how the Gophers measure up against what would probably be a middle of the pack BIG team, like the teams the Gophers will likely be competing against this year for a possible NCAA berth.

I like what I'm seeing so far this season. The defense has been much better, continuing to improve. Hart seems to be integrating well into the offense...and she'll kick it out to an open teammate if she can't get a shot. Battle already showing that she is an improved player. Nice to see that...
