I'll take it even though the result isn't what we wanted. We've bitched about this team being gutless and predictable for years and today they took a risk in a tight game. Might bite us later but it's exactly what people have claimed to have wanted to see from this coaching staff.
These route trees are pretty complementary to our receivers today. Helps that Illinois is giving some big cushion. Nice play calling so far by Harbaugh and good pass catching by Spencer. Hate the wildcat call though

Hard to leave out Rod Smith and Cobb. There are some greats from the past but I really appreciate the modern era backs we've had.
How has Maryland's defense looked? Are they a run stopper? Could be a good game to reestablish our identity as a solid run team and bleed some clock if we can build up a couple score lead
He's a little bitch for sure but he's not wrong when he talks about player safety with a crowd essentially having the ability to reverse calls if they start throwing shit. That officiating crew shouldn't call another game for the rest of the season
