ymmv, but I've had a parking pass in the victory lot going back to 2015 and I would say that the lot is primarily tailgaters. I think most people occupy 2 parking spaces per car. As mentioned half of the victory lot is RV's but that is a separate purchase vs the parking pass.

In theory this would work great except if a team with a 2500 seat arena makes it as a 1 seed . . . or even worse if St Thomas were to host at STA's rink. Additionally then we are bringing rink size into scope as well. Harvard for example is 204 X 87, Wisconsin is 200 X 97, Mankato is 200 X 90...
