From everything I've read and heard is that the amount of money at stake is the settlement the ACC would agree to when FSU/Clemson/etc leave the conference. That is another way to say, yes lawyers negotiating the buyout can defeat it.
I like the angle about the SEC teams not leaving the south -- but any game with Graham Mertz at the helm outside of his debut is not intriguing to me :)
The only time I bought one it looked like a truck had run over a piece of charcoal. They might be the best burger in the cities at the restaurant but that wasn't my experience in the stadium. Hopefully a one off
