Why should Ben waste his time? Recruiting high school kids has officially become irrelevant at Minnesota. It's 2024...but we're still talking as if we're living in the past.

Well with 2 NCAA wins in the last 27 years...and now officially being a feeder program...plus all the other things working against us (our administration, officiating, etc.)...every season is basically the same.

Well maybe a game here & there of course. But not enough to make any difference.

It's well done. But how is this good stuff for a Gopher fan? Being a Cellar Dweller and in last place out of 18. Good stuff??

Yeah, should be another depressing season as usual. Especially if you invest any emotions into the won/loss results. If you can manage to just enjoy for the friends or beer (better yet Coka Cola or Pepsi, as beer can lead to caring about the game result) or something, then it can still be fun.

But obviously, this is ALWAYS the main storyline....

I have no idea if Iowa State pays for players or pays to retain players. Or if their administration suspends players when the team is good. Or if they get good officiating. One thing I GUARANTEE...is that their coach would fail at Minnesota.

More LIES. They're just pacifying the sheep with words. The refs are told to help the big-paying schools or whoever the powers-that-be want to win.

COLLEGE STUDENT FOOTBALL LEAGUE They start right out with the LYING. The only thing I'd be interested in is an actual college student football league. Not just LYING about it.

I 100% GUARANTEE that Fleck and everyone involved will accept losing. And a LOT of it.

I have no interest whatsoever in watching the Gophers lose. I'd pass legislation to destroy Ohio State, Michigan, Texas, Georgia, etc. if I could. But...if a small state like Alabama wants a minor-league team, that's fine. Just get Minnesota out of the Big Ten !!! We have the Vikings.

You have to admit...anything's better than watching a low-budget minor-league team called the Gophers embarrass us constantly. At least call them something else. Don't associate them with my University.

In the past, I would have agreed with this. But now there's no chance that Minnesota will ever be successful. And the coach knows this.

To avoid stress, anger, disappointment...Minnesota fans shouldn't base their enjoyment on wins & losses. We will NEVER have a successful program. We will NEVER contend for anything. Our administration doesn't want us to be successful...and this is a FACT. Not opinion.
