I do like what I've seen so far from Payne, Carrington and Joseph. They almost seem like they deserve more floor time than they're getting. Henley has not looked impressive to me to date and the guys I thought would be the consistent ones are the most disappointing.

The biggest problem to me to date is the 2 guys they thought they'd be able to rely on, have not come to play; Garcia and Battle. If these guys don't improve, this will indeed be a horrible season.

True Fickell's done nothing in the B1G, but he did take Cincy to the 4 team playoff just last year so you can't not take that into consideration. He'd have a statue built if he'd done that here.
