If I have this correct we scored 46 points in the second half vs Ohio State and 52 now vs. Nebraska. Both games we were a much better team in the second half. I am not exactly sure what it means yet but one thing is for sure - they have the potential to be a much better team than last year.

If Hawkins plays within himself and Johnson has a different set of starters/substitutions we win that game. The team is almost likable. ...and I was ready to hang it up for the season.

There are some positive things from this game. Turnovers and dumb decisions aside, they are not really playing that bad.

I am beginning to suspect Ben is like the young manager that is afraid to fire their first employee.

I think it is time to ask some serious questions on Coyle. I still hope that Ben can figure this out yet this year and make some waves but Coyle, on the other hand, is a disaster. Someone should rename the Ben thread...

It is possible that Ben was trying some different things and did not care if APB closed the gap at times. I was not watching that closely. Seems like a bit too much hand wringing to assume that Ben was desperately trying to win this game the whole time and he narrowly avoided another disaster...
