LOL…this is absolutely true. But that was last year! This year, Brosmer will be All-B1G, Jackson will put up greater numbers than Bateman, Walley will be a Thorpe finalist, and we’ll all get to relive 2019, but with wins over Iowa and Wisconsin!

ON PAPER, Minnesota is signing much better QBs than they have in my lifetime. Athan, Clark, Knuth, and even Annexstad all had other FBS offers. So PJ is getting people here that others believe can play QB in college. Either they’re miscalculating that beforehand, not developing them, or not...

Exactly. It’s a depth play. Taylor is obviously the alpha, and knowing PJ, will get 25+ carries per game. Do you want Jordan Nubin - who started 5th or 6th on the depth chart last year - as your only real backup besides true Frosh? I don’t.

That’s a lot of accolades for a really disappointing season. I wish it would’ve gone differently as far as wins and losses, but there’s some reason for hope/optimism in the program as a whole.
