SI: Gophers' PJ Fleck: Without NIL money, we can't keep team intact

How about assessing a fee on transfers w a portion of fee going back to the school that developed the player, and a smaller percentage going to the conference. the fee is based upon the amount of NIL money given to the transferring player.

The NCAA has opened an investigation into No. 2 Michigan over possible rule-breaking around in-person scouting of opponents

So which Big Ten coach is going to stand in front of the podium and say Michigan cheated? I don't see Fleck doing it as long as Minn has a chance to win the West and reaching the Big ten title game, and Michigan likely advancing from East.

P.J. Fleck heard Gophers fans’ boos Saturday and wanted to respond

Why boo your team? Grumble, fume, be exasperated, and throw your arms up in despair, even offer an incredulous cry of "what!?!!?!", but never ever boo your team. Go U Phars, now and forever.

The NCAA has opened an investigation into No. 2 Michigan over possible rule-breaking around in-person scouting of opponents

My starting point on Michigan penaLties: Forfeiture of All games this year and last year where it is documented that spying occurred, and, fines, loss of scholarships to football program, and dismissal of entire coaching staff at Michigan.

The NCAA has opened an investigation into No. 2 Michigan over possible rule-breaking around in-person scouting of opponents

Would it be possible to sue the University of Michigan, harbaugh, and anybody associated w the football team for perpetuating a fraud. If you were a fan putting down money for tickets, meals, hotel rooms, and transit to and from the game (say about $1,000/fan), you would expect a competitive...

    Running Backs

Yes please! I really want to see the damage he could do to a blitzing linebacker

    Brevyn Spann-Ford

Put Spann-ford in backfield what w all injuries to RBs. Let him toast a few blitzing linebackers, and since he can't catch the ball, hand it off every now and then to see what he can do.

The NCAA has opened an investigation into No. 2 Michigan over possible rule-breaking around in-person scouting of opponents

Quit apologizing for Harbaugh and Michigan, and their disregard of rules, regulations and sense of fairness. The rules(s) may indeed be silly, antiquated, at al, as you say, but they are still the rules, and are there to guarantee an even playing field. I submit, Michigan received more than a...

The NCAA has opened an investigation into No. 2 Michigan over possible rule-breaking around in-person scouting of opponents

After reading the ESPN story, I can only say that harbaugh is an utterly contemptible mess of a human being. he cheats. The conference must take action. I hope Michigan State fans call them out as Cheaters loudly the entire game Saturday night on national TV

The NCAA has opened an investigation into No. 2 Michigan over possible rule-breaking around in-person scouting of opponents

So when did Michigan begin stealing signs? Anyone out there think it began this season? Maybe last season? Wonder how Ohio state feels about Michigan loss last year in light of these allegations? About two years ago Michigan fans were ready to get rid of harbaugh, but Michigan suddenly took...

The Athletic: The wild, wild Big Ten West rides off into the sunset as unassuming, unpredictable as ever

Since the big ten is all about money, eyeballs, and more money, let's just give everyone and equal share of the financial pie, and separate into two divisions of Big Ten-Heavy and Big Ten-Lite. There is no way Minnesota can compete against The heavyweights of Ohio State Michigan and Penn State...

    Expectations rest of season

I don't have any expectations. they were crushed by the non competitive performance at NCar and utter collapse against Brainiacs. so I will check in from time to time, but II'm not burning any more emotional energy. Hope they finish w a winning record. Go U Phars.

    Is AKs play a concern?

No worries about kaliakmanis. The receivers besides Jackson are not impressing. Now that we are showing a running game, I think the passing game improves.

Minnesota WR Daniel Jackson profits off highlight-reel TD thanks to NIL deal

I always think of all the things that had to fall into place (line blocking for example) so that Jackson could make the catch. In essence it was a cooperative effort that allowed Jackson to make a spectacular play. Do those other players "profit" beyond atta boys?
