Syracuse fans reacting to Minnesota fans reacting to playing Syracuse

For sure. Me personally I have liked it when Cuse was good because of the lack of good college teams in New England.

All Things 2022 Gophers in NFL Thread

A little bit of a injury bug plaguing Gophers in the NFL now with Bateman, D Campbell, and St Juste all banged up. They are probably the three most capable of being game changers.

    QB Evers to Wisconsin

I’ve heard different. You see so many young people in Wisconsin now wearing Gopher apparel. Not just because it’s much better looking but they want to be a part of a program that is on the rise and full of hep cats.

    QB Evers to Wisconsin

So does this mean that Alvarez is no longer lurking in the shadows? I think Chryst and previous coaches always felt his not so handsome face breathing down their necks.

OFFICIAL: Minnesota vs Syracuse in Pinstripe Bowl

Agree with this except NYC hotel prices are quite high

    All Things Transfer Portal News

Yeah getting a Damien Wilson, Jack StGibbins, or DeVondre Campbell type of portal player would be great

    Bowl Game Projections?

We all know Iowans love NYC so Pinstripe for them. I wish there were more BIG and PAC10 match ups. Wanted to see Gophers vs Beavs, or Ducks, or Wash

I used to kind of like her but she has gone cuckoo right wing. No thanks

SOUND OFF!! Post Game Thread!! AXE IS HOME

Watching Nebraska fling it in the first half vs Iowa was maybe seen by PJ. Let’s let the offense play more aggressively!

    Nebby pounding Iowa

I am hoping Illinois can represent the West as I think they would beat Michigan is they okay then again and who knows how they would fare vs OSU. The Illini defense is pretty tough.

Reusse: Gophers should be in market for transfer QB. The redshirt freshman needs to win job, not have it handed to him.

Yeah people clamoring for a vastly different offensive approach probably were not at the game. It was damn cold and the way the Gophers were running the ball you had to keep pounding the rock.

Wisconsin made a bold move, do we have the nerve to do the same?

SOUND OFF! Post-Game Thread: Gophers Lose Heartbreaker to Hawkeyes, Again, Fleck Remains Winless vs Iowa.

I would think they are all trolls but some of them are known accounts. You can say Iowa is better coached because of how MSM blew his assignments twice resulting in huge plays for Iowa. Or because our inexperienced qb missed on an easy touchdown before half or went 1/8 in the second half with...

SOUND OFF! Post-Game Thread: Gophers Lose Heartbreaker to Hawkeyes, Again, Fleck Remains Winless vs Iowa.

According to Fleck, Athan did not read the defense properly and threw it to the wrong guy (non open guy).

I don’t think putting the game in Athan’s hands would have been the way to go. The Gophers ran all over Iowa but just like last year, Iowa players made winning plays and our Gophers made mistakes.

Exactly there were several drives where Mo seemed to be averaging 7 yards per carry. The Gophers were kicking their butts but made three big mistakes. I don’t fault the coach for that but the last 30 seconds of the game were pretty bad.

Yeah saw that too and Athan could have taken them over the finish line today.

Was at the game and I couldn’t see who blew their assignment on the first play of the game (interior TE screen but I’m guessing it was MSM. Lindenberg absolutely read and blew it up when Iowa tried to run it a second time. That T Smith tip opportunity wasn’t easy with the deflection happening...
