    Next Years Backup

Kaliakmanis is our starter for the next three years. Why the heck would he transfer??

Transition should be complete - Tanner to Athan

I have a long history of enjoying, respecting, and in large part agreeing with your posts but here I have to disagree. I have a hard time believing Fleck will start players ahead of others who will give us a better chance at success simply because they have already been named a starter. I...

Your Thoughts on the 4-1 Call

I would’ve direct snapped it to Mo with no QB on the field. But like fleck said postgame, he’d rather have Nebraska go 90 yards than 40. We blame Fleck for being aggressive in our own territory on 4th down vs Bowling Green and Purdue when it backfired. Well he went the other way this time...

Who is your Gophers MVP in big win at Nebraska?

His running ability also opened things up for Mo.

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT NEBRASKA IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

That’s what Nebraska is thinking. Perfect time for Athan to keep it I think.

Top 25 Most Disappointing College Football Teams (#13. Minnesota)

I would argue that if we win out finishing 10-3 with wins over both Iowa and Wisconsin it would be Fleck’s best season here just ahead of 2019 winning 11 but losing to both rivals.

Top 25 Most Disappointing College Football Teams (#13. Minnesota)

We weren’t even ranked pre-season and still have a chance for a 9-3, 6-3 season before the bowl game and maybe 10 wins. Not to mention wins over our two biggest rivals. This scenario would be a highly successful season. We need to wait and see.

Iowa's offense was outscored today by Ohio State's offense, Ohio State's defense and Iowa's defense.

Posts like this are annoying. Sorry dude but Iowa’s offense is a national punch line. They are our rival and this is our message board. Naturally we will enjoy it.

Chip: I said it last year and will say it again: Gophers basketball is in really good hands with Ben Johnson.

What is with your obsession with Wisconsin recruiting white kids from Minnesota? It’s quite bizarre.

All Things 2022 Minnesota Vikings In-Season Thread

Dolphins played great defense and the Vikes still managed to score 24 and win a road game. Let’s all calm down a bit.

Gophers open as (+6.5) point underdogs at Penn State

PSU just gave up over 400 rushing yards. Mo could have a huge day. Not predicting a win but much bigger upsets than this happen all the time.

    Uniforms vs Illinois

All white is a classic look that looks good for any team. Texas and Auburn for example look great on the road.

Illini football ends poll drought, ranked for first time in 11 years

They’re 5-1 with consecutive wins over Wisconsin and Iowa. They deserve to be ranked. And I’m glad they are, I’m confident we’ll win and I want it to be viewed nationally as an impressive road win.

All Things 2022 Minnesota Vikings In-Season Thread

I respectfully disagree. Poorly coached teams aren’t typically clutch in the 4th quarter making the plays when they need to in order to win the game. See Nebraska the last five years. The Vikes aren’t great but you can’t argue they haven’t been clutch in the 4th.

MN has to win out to win the West

All trustworthy info comes from the bar. Fleck flat out said if Mo had just a few more days to get ready for Purdue he would have played. I fully expect a healthy Mo vs Illinois.

It sucks, but we need to cheer for Iowa this weekend

I’m absolutely cheering for Illinois. I want them ranked and riding high for our game. I want our win against them to be looked at as an impressive win and get this bad Purdue taste out of my mouth.
