His stock slipped when he started playing better competition on the AAU circuit. His transfer has nothing to do with the level of competition. It’s not like he averaged 30 at Byron. He’s transferring because the TG coach can use his platform to hopefully raise his stock. Not blaming the kid but...

Coach should take the high road but has every reason to be upset. Invested in the kid as part of his program only to get poached by a coach who has no integrity when it comes to coaching professionalism

My point was DeLaSalle had a history of success even before Thorson. Totino hasn’t been relevant in boys basketball in over 15 years and they’re Head Coach has a minimal coaching resume before getting the TG job. Now they’re getting the top prospect in the state?

Hopkins, DeLaSalle, and Cretin (along with Mpls. North) have a tradition of winning for the past 30+ years. When did Totino become a hotbed for boys basketball? Besides hiring a head coach that uses his platform to manipulate players and their families to attend their school what have they done...

As a college prospect ready to contribute as a freshman I believe the Gopher staff value Carrington as #1 or #2 along side of Hollaman. Those 2 have been Bens priority early in his tenure
