I agree. Just like currently the gophers have played no ranked teams if you use that. Regardless I think Illinois is the best team the Gophers have faced this year so far. Its a winnable game but we'll need to play very well.

Agree gophers are on the upswing. I think I saw Illinois has like the toughest schedule in the country so far or played the most ranked teams or something like that. They are a good team despite the loss yesterday. Probably the best team we’ve faced this year.

Nebraska 2017 Maryland 2019 Illinois 2020 Northwestern 2021 Colorado and Western Illinois 2022 Not saying they were all more convincing but they’re at least in the ballpark.

Go for it. He’s not a bust yet but he’s sure not a factor. Although I’d agree with you that if you ride the pine for 3 years and become a good player as a senior you’re not a bust anymore, but it’s pretty rare.
