The results speak for themselves. The B10 isn’t a conference for learning on the fly…hence why he should’ve been a coach at a lower level to build his resume up.

That is what he should’ve been before he got the gopher job… a small school head coach…but they passed.

At the same time, we didn’t play didn’t play Payne a ton as a freshman when he clearly should’ve played a ton. Then we didn’t even start him when he was the clear starter in year 2…

Carrington was so good. JOJ…wow! Payne, one could argue didn’t really improve at all, he was just a man amongst boys since he put on the jersey. I guess some of our improvement could be that we have almost a 24 year old and a 23 year old playing against 18/19 year olds…
