I've theorized before that one of the following must be true: 1. PJ is too insecure to hire a proven O.C. or at least an experienced O.C. with a modicum of success. 2. A proven O.C. or an O.C. with experience and at least a modicum of success wouldn't put up with PJ's schtick.
