    Deon didn't go to Colorado off the street. None of those guys have coached anything. The next coach must have multiple years of division 1 head coaching experience. No exceptions.

    Johnson is the biggest problem. We're not trying to go from 18th to 1st by changing the coach. We're trying to go from 18th to say 10th by changing the coach. Then to get from 10th to top 5 will require more $$ etc. That may not be possible. But we don't have to remain one of the absolute worst...

    Moderate success is winning 40-50% of your conference games. Clem Haskins won just under 50%. Tubby Smith won 43%. Dan Monson won 39%. Richard Pitino won 34%. That's not moderate success, it's bad. Ben Johnson has won 25% and that % is likely to drop this year. That's just pathetic.
