These are young kids in way better shape than I am. If they’re truly too tired to play hard the coach needs to adjust practice to account for that but I doubt that is the case with kids like that since they can bounce back pretty quickly at that age.

I’m not sure I’m buying the guys are gassed angle. If they started out the game playing well defensively and couldn’t maintain that at the end of the game then maybe but there were plenty of games they weren’t great on defense the whole game.

I’m on the fence on this one at this point. While he got more wins than I expected he only got 1 in the last 6 and had one of the weakest schedules we’ve seen. No doubt Coyle will bring him back but it’s tourney or bust next year even if players leave.

Nowhere did I say Coyle would make a change. I would support him doing that but never made any indication I thought he would or wouldn’t.

Imo it all hinges on how this season ends. Lay an egg in the Big tourney and a few starters leave and we’re looking at a likely disaster again next year. Beat Michigan State and keep most of not all starters and there’s at least some hope for next year.
