Maybe he is good at driving and attacking the basket rather than floating around the 3pt line? If he can do that and defend I wouldn’t have a problem offering him. Getting to the rim from most of our guards is lacking.

Much like 2nd half against Ohio State they were quick to get back out to defend the 3. Makes our half court offense painful to watch.

Going to Wisconsin or Iowa does seem like you’ve entered another world compared to MN anyway.

Truth. There were far more possessions in the second half that went down to the last second of the shot clock and a virtual Herculean effort from one of our players to score though. Could have been great defense from OSU or less than stellar half court offense from us. Either way a fun win.

Look at the game tracker. You’ll see there was a long stretch with little scoring from us. It was a longer stretch than we had in the first half. Fouls at the end of the game and when threes or three point plays occur also play into how much scoring occurs in each half.

I think the exact number of wins won’t matter so much as who those wins came against and who the losses came against. Could be 20 wins, could take 23.

Tempering my enthusiasm just a bit after last night. Our half court offense in the second half struggled to find shots much of the time. When we got stops though we were able to get out and run and had much less issues. Getting those stops helped to extend the lead in the second half but when...

Looking at who we have left and what we have for away games I’d say 3 wins on the low end and 5 on the high end. We’re playing better so 5 is doable but not easy.
