Concerning game. But....it is early in the year.....and we have a lot of new players. Last year the Gophers got off to a rough start before turning it up. And Omaha looked to be a pretty competent team with some athletes.

Refs were dogshit today, too. Called pass interference completely different for the two teams.

Yup. We're going to need guys to drive to the rim at some point. Asuma seems to be one of the few guys who'll be able to do it.

Somebody told him that we were busting on his FT shooting, no doubt.

It's bizarre. All that extra movement serves zero purpose but to make things less consistent. May as well scrap it. He's a 44% FT shooter? Can't get much worse than that.

They need to fix Edmonds FT shooting form. Why squat down so far? He should be able to flick the ball towards the rim without bending his knees at all. No way that his FT shooting gets worse.

I'm just hoping that they get out with the win.....personally.

Lots of good games in the afternoon window. Indiana/Michigan Ole Miss/Georgia Colorado/TTech Need this Gophers bball game to cruise so that I can get some more of these on the TV.

I went with C. Didn't feel like the gameplan was terrible. The guys on the field just didn't play well. The offensive line did not do their jobs. Individual players made some giant mistakes. Lots of blame to pass around on this one. Axe game just got doubly important.
