Which QB do the Vikes draft?

13 picks in, and still not a D-player selected. Looking good for us. Maybe it's time to trade up to get another pick in the first round.

Which QB do the Vikes draft?

Another O pick. Looking good for us to get a nice D player with our next pick.

Which QB do the Vikes draft?

I imagine there was a bidding war to see who would get that 10th slot. The Jets weren't going to take him, but other teams would have.

Which QB do the Vikes draft?

They probably would (and should) use the top picks for D, but on O, IMO we need a third WR and an interior OL (and a RB but we can pick that up in the later rounds). If we want a great Offense, use the first-round picks on WR and IOL, and select Pratt in the 3rd round. We'd probably get the 2nd...

Which QB do the Vikes draft?

I'm on the train that says a QB's success really depends on the other 10 players on the field. If you've got a great supporting cast, being a great QB becomes a whole lot easier. Use the high draft picks to get that supporting cast, and get Pratt in the 3rd round.

The maximum size you can make a PDF is 15,000,000.00 inches x 15,000,000.00 inches (which comes to 236 miles x 236 miles). So much for my plan of making a life size map of Minnesota.

    BREAKING: Elijah Hawkins to transfer

There's also the big deal of regulation, which makes the season interesting for fans of the bottom half of the conference teams. And even if your team does get regulated, then in theory you should be able to compete for the top of the Champions League. In other words, they have a structure that...

    BREAKING: Elijah Hawkins to transfer

Universities in the power conferences are doing fine - the dollars they're getting from TV contracts are huge. You won't see a change in the current structure being driven by the ADs and Chancelors of major universities as they love that dependable, contracted revenue stream, nor will it be from...

    BREAKING: Elijah Hawkins to transfer

Good Question = Why would anyone possibly want to be a college coach these days? Better Question = Why would anyone possibly want to be a fan of college sports these days? It's over folks, at least for a while. Soon we'll see people transferring teams during the seasons. It's the same legal...

All Things MN United Season Thread

Some random thoughts on the Charlotte game: Charlotte needs a soccer stadium, playing in a 75,000 seat football stadium, where maybe 15,000 fans were in attendance, makes for a lousy fan experience. Padelford has been a huge upside surprise this season, he's solid as a defender. Ramsey was the...

Former Gophers QB Demry Croft to start for AFL's Minnesota Myth

I checked my calendar on this one, nope, it's not April 1st. But I'm still going with the idea that our having an AFL team is just a "Myth".

It's the data from ESPN, but yep, doesn't matter. Once he gets here and into our system he'll be a superstar, declare early for the draft, and become a first-round pick. He'll then donate a good chuck of his signing bonus to our NIL fund, and we'll be set to crush IWOA and WisconSIN for years to...

    Any chance of a return?

I'm in the camp that if a player enters the portal, that's a one-way trip. The reason being if you take them back, then every player gets the message of "Since there's no downside, I'll give the portal a go" and expect a welcome back card if they change their mind. If you let all your players do...
