Think if Williams Arena had TEN CENT BEER NIGHT and the Gophers feel behind 8 early and Payne was not in the game...that would not be a peaceful riot!
For those of you who don't know...

Here is where I am lost on this...
"He wrote the new policy would help gender equity by demanding that schools provide equal NIL investments for their men's and women's teams on campus."
Sorry for not being sorry, but in D1 sports as it stands in the past, present, and most likely the future...
He wasn’t playing 2 miles away from the gophers for 1 year as an under recruited guy…get a realistic example…oh wait…Rhode is the only example - I’d also rather have Kendall Blue than Carrington as he is bigger and probably more athletic…
I was responding to a previous poster. Even if the gophers offered, why would he have come here with what I assume was a bunch of offers. VA is a great program. He will be good there.
Literally anyone is better than what carrington is doing.
Rhode + Christie + a competent PG would be a good, long term backcourt, then you add Asuma next year (I like him as a SG) and we have some talent). Losing Garcia next year (most likely will happen) is going to be a massive hole that...
Again, the tarmac is a good place for a firing.
Note to next coach: under 6 feet guards, not named muggsy bogues or earl boykins…don’t recruit them for b10 play
Terrible analyst for the wolves when they did the halftime program, he was almost unbearable to listen to. Don’t think he can fire up a fan base. Great basketball player though.
I don’t believe our non-conference gives us a true barometer of what the gophers are. MIZZOU is a bad SEC team (projected to finish almost dead last in the conference this year) and San Fran is projected to finish 3rd in the WCC (barely edging out Loyola Marymount). Everyone else we have our...
They are all great. We can only say positive things about the gophers going forward.
To be fair, it would be more mean to show his stats / highlights from the last few games and let people draw their own conclusions…that may be worse than me calling it out.
Calling someone’s basketball skills (one who is in the highest level of D1 basketball) trash, not good, terrible, bad….is all the same thing. He is a great person, but his skills are trash / terrible / bad for this level. You guys are soft.
Ihnen is trash. Everyone who predicted it last year (myself included was right). He wasn’t good prior to the knee injuries (with the exception being a 4 game run highlighted by a good game against Purdue as a freshman *I believe). Those thinking he *and Fox could came back after two blown up...
