Overy simplistic. KOC would want all offensive players drafted. Flores all defense. GM has to make the final call on needs, player rating, and when to pull trigger on each.

Sorry, but that's just a silly analysis. 99% of kids have committed an offense of some kind (speeding, underage drinking, pot, stealing a candy bar, etc), while 99% don't end up as serious criminals. An infinitely low number start out with murder as 1st offense.
